Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Tangiri Boat website, including the boat catalogue, the configurator and the contact forms, and the rules for submitting enquiries and orders.

The website is run by Tangiri Boat, ul. Niepodległości 4, 44-336 Jastrzębie-Zdrój, NIP 5482193335, REGON 366822833, email: tangiriboat@yahoo.com, phone: +48 533 841 807 (hereinafter: the “Seller”).

The Seller provides the following electronic services on the website free of charge:

• browsing the catalogue of boats and Builds;
• the configurator, where you can put together a boat with equipment, see it in 3D, save a configuration code and, after providing your contact details, download a PDF quote;
• contact forms (on the contact page and at the end of the configurator), used to send an enquiry to the Seller. The enquiry goes directly to the Seller’s customer service system; if that fails, the website shows a phone number and lets you send the same message by email.

The contract for the provision of a service is concluded the moment you start using it and lasts until it ends (closing the page or submitting the form). Using the services does not require creating an account.

• A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript enabled.
• The 3D view in the configurator requires a browser that supports WebGL. Without it the configurator still works, just without the 3D preview.
• Submitting the form on the contact page requires an email address; the configurator requires an email address and a phone number. Opening the PDF quote requires a PDF reader.

Users must use the website in accordance with the law and good practice. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, in particular through the forms, or to take any action that disrupts the operation of the website.

The content, photographs and visualisations on the website are protected by copyright. They may not be copied or distributed without the Seller’s consent, beyond personal use.

All information presented on the website and in configurator quotes, in particular photographs, visualisations, drawings, descriptions, specifications and technical parameters, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, is not binding and may change without prior notice. Nor does it constitute an assurance within the meaning of Article 556¹ § 2 of the Polish Civil Code.

Tangiri Boat reserves the right to make changes to the models and versions presented. Photographs and visualisations are for illustrative purposes only and may show optional equipment. Some visualisations were created using graphic tools, including artificial intelligence.

The binding price, equipment and specification of the boat are determined in the sales contract, and the technical parameters are set out in the boat’s documentation and declaration of conformity.

Prices are given in Polish złoty, gross (including 23% VAT) and net (excluding VAT). Due to screen settings or printing technique, colours may differ slightly from the actual ones.

Preparing a configuration or sending an enquiry does not place an order.

1. The customer sends an enquiry through the form, by email or by phone.
2. The Seller prepares an offer with the specification, price and lead time.
3. The sales contract is concluded as a separate document, once both parties have agreed its terms.

Services on the website. Comments and complaints about the website, the configurator or the forms can be sent to tangiriboat@yahoo.com. Please describe what the complaint concerns. We respond within 14 days.

Boats and equipment. The Seller is liable to consumers for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Procedure: complaints.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, in particular the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Provincial Trade Inspectorate in Katowice. Information: prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.

The rules for processing personal data and cookies are set out in the privacy policy.

The Seller may amend these terms and conditions for important reasons, in particular when the law or the services on the website change. The new version applies from the date of publication on this website; services already begun continue under the previous version.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and the Consumer Rights Act.
