HIGHEST QUALITY

The most important element determining the durability of aluminium boats is the material from which it is made. For the construction of our boats, we use the highest quality marine PA13AW 5083 aluminium, 3 and 4 mm thick, which is characterized by excellent strength parameters and resistance to sea water.

In order to ensure the highest quality of used materials, we supply at the largest suppliers of aluminium in Europe, Thyssenkrupp.

QUALIFIED STAFF

An excellent way is first of all a welder's steady hand, that's why in our team we have the best specialists. We weld the boats using the TIG, MIG, CMT methods.

MODERN WELDING LINE

Looking to the future, we trusted the best. Innovation is a hallmark of the Fronius company which is a leader in modern welding systems; therefore we entrusted them with equipping our company with a comprehensive welding line.

RIGID CONSTRUCTION

The spine of every boat is the hull structure, that's why even in the smallest units we mount the so-called bottom crate. This is a construction made of bottoms. Profiles of longitudinal and transverse stiffeners. The whole creates a very rigid monolith.

STABILIZATION

On the bottom sheathing we use longitudinal edging which significantly affect the steering and stabilization at high flow speeds.

LONGITUDINAL REDAN

Longitudinal redan connects the sides with the bottom, so-called chin that minimizes water splashes on the sides and deck during sliding on large waves. Another advantage of using longitudinal redan is to improve the stability of the side tilt of the boat.

HULL

Even the smallest structural elements are welded, which makes the boat's hull extremely rigid and durable.

DRY SEAT LOCKERS

By increasing the comfort of our users, we have taken particular care of the seat lockers. The use of a drainage and ventilation system allowed us to create so-called dry seat lockers.

SILENCE AND COMFORT

The use of PUR foam in the displacement compartments co not only makes the ice berg unsinkable but very significantly affects the comfort while flowing, damping it while flowing on the waves.

SLIDING FIXING SYSTEMS

The use of the two-compartment side profile designed by us significantly affects the stiffness of the sides and the entire upper deck. In the outer side of the profile, a protective fender bar is mounted and on the inside the profile, it has got slides for sliding fixing systems.
